The Signs of Pregnancy

For many that have had children it is as if by instinct that they know they are pregnant. I don’t know if they had earth-shattering sex or if an angel whispered the news in their ears, but some women are very in-tune to their bodies so the early signs of pregnancy are unmistakable. Conversely, I know women who didn’t realize they were pregnant until the second trimester. More Frequent Urination - urinating more often is one of the very early signs of pregnancy. Many women experience more frequent urination even before a missed period, usually from about 7-12 days after the temperature rise at ovulation.
Around this time, hormone levels begin to change and the body reacts to these new hormone levels. As one of the first signs of pregnancy, this sickness happens because the body is not used to the higher level of estrogen and because the sense of smell is heightened. Although there may be many other reasons of missing a period like stress, losing or gaining weight, too much exertion etc., but usually missing a period cycle in a month is one of the earliest signs of pregnancy. Irregular periods can also be the result of polycystic ovary syndrome where the monthly period cycle can have an erratic gap.
Some women will experience one or two of them, others will have several of the very early signs of pregnancy. Start on a healthy regimen of diet and exercise at the earliest signs of pregnancy to give a healthy start of life to your baby. Generally, signs of pregnancy emulate signs of PMS. This can make it frustrating for anyone who is hoping to get pregnant and just finds out that she is pre-menstrual.
The signs of pregnancy are classified into three sets on the basis of their diagnostic value: possible signs of pregnancy, probable signs of pregnancy and positive signs of pregnancy. Let us analyze the three sets of signs for pregnancy. Think you’re experiencing some possible symptoms or signs of pregnancy? If you have these signs of pregnancy and you believe that you are pregnant, be sure to take care of your health. Avoid caffeine, alcohol, cigarettes, and drugs including prescriptions and over the counter medications.
Sensitivity of the breasts can be attributed to hormonal changes, such as the menstrual cycle, so this on its own may not be a pregnancy symptom. It is important to remember that just because you have one or a few of these symptoms does not mean that you are indeed pregnant- only a positive pregnancy test and a doctor’s examination can confirm it. Fatigue also ranks high among early symptoms of pregnancy. During early pregnancy, levels of the hormone progesterone soar.
A delayed or missed menstruation is the most common pregnancy symptom leading a woman to test for pregnancy. When you become pregnant, your next period should be missed. Almost all pregnant women at one point or another will suffer from a backache.
