I am a young mother of a 2 yr old and a 7 month old. So, yes i had 2 kids within 2 years. Before i got pregnant with my first son i was barely 105lbs. However i wanted to gain weight. Well at 9 months pregnant with him i was up at about 165lbs. I lost alot of weight immediately after birth and worked off the rest within a few months. I got down to about a steady 115lbs where i was pretty happy with. Then i got pregnant with my second son i got up to 160lbs with him. I was terrified when i got on the scale after having him and seeing i lost only 5 lbs when i had a 8lb baby. I tried dieting and exercising, for the past 4 months I haven&#8217;t lost  a single pound. I&#8217;m stuck around 135lbs. While i like some areas of my body, there are others that i don&#8217;t. My stomach is VERY bloated, like i said i have tried strictly dieting and exercising. The weird thing is while i weighted more when i was a few months post partum my stomach was ALOT flatter then what it is now and now i&#8217;m back to looking like i&#8217;m 4 months pregnant. I&#8217;ve always had a small frame and i&#8217;m only 5&#8217;3 so its very &#8220;apparent&#8217; on me. I don&#8217;t mind the numbers (how much i weigh) i just can&#8217;t stand the pudges (both my belly and &#8220;love handles&#8221;). I know i gained alot of water weight with my last son that i obviously never gotten rid of and my BM&#8217;s have been soooo irregular. I have decided to give a detox/cleanse a try before starting my next <a href="http://www.bellycast.com/tag/diet/" rel="tag nofollow" >diet</a>. I picked up two from GNC, one is the Cellular Research Formulas® Dual-Action Cleanse® With Free Green Tea Fat Burner and the other one is the Acai Power Berry Pure-Body Cleanse. Both had good reviews but i was hoping to get some advice from those familiar with detoxes and who can relate to my situation. Like i said i just want to lose some of this extra weight from my last <a href="http://www.bellycast.com/tag/pregnancy/" rel="tag nofollow" >pregnancy</a> but most importantly get rid of this gut. ***FYI i don&#8217;t want any smart comments on here. i&#8217;m asking for advice on WHICH detox to take and any tips&#8230;NOT comments saying &#8220;don&#8217;t just <a href="http://www.bellycast.com/tag/diet/" rel="tag nofollow" >diet</a> and exercise&#8221;. If you are serious about weight loss, forget all the magic potions and focus on what works. Read &#8220;The Paleo Solution&#8221;, or &#8220;The Primal Blueprint&#8221; and learn what you <a href="http://www.bellycast.com/tag/should/" rel="tag nofollow" >should</a> eat and what you <a href="http://www.bellycast.com/tag/should/" rel="tag nofollow" >should</a> not eat in order to achieve the body you want to have. It&#8217;s possible, but you can&#8217;t get there by just doing the same ol&#8217; stuff you&#8217;ve been doing. You need to update your nutritional information and then put it into practice.</p>
