If you go to a book store (like Borders, Barnes and Noble, etc) check out the pregnancy section. There are many cute weekly pregnancy calenders out there that you fill out. You fill in how you are feeling, doctors appointments, etc and it is something you can keep to share with your child years from now.
I was looking for the same thing myself — a pregnancy calendar by week — so I did a search and came up with a program called PregnanSee. It’s a weekly video pregnancy calendar that lets you visualize your stage of pregnancy right on your PC desktop.
It’s quite unique by the looks of it and has an interesting design that I liked. There’s also an example demo for Week 23/24 on the site that you should watch — Being the first time I found it quite fascinating.
