If you are expecting pregnancy then look for a symptom of pregnancy to appear. Take a closer look and do not ignore a single bodily change. It can be a feeling of nausea, exhaustion, short term, light vaginal bleeding or vaginal discharge etc. Most of the expecting mothers assume an overdue period is the first sign to watch out for and this symptom summons rest of the pregnancy symptoms. However, as per medical experts a missed period is not likely to be the first sign of pregnancy. Rather, as per their understanding a woman might be already few weeks pregnant until she observes her period is overdue. Therefore, start keeping note of all signs of pregnancy and create a pregnancy calendar.

Possible Signs Of Pregnancy

Making a weekly pregnancy calendar is a good way to check progress of pregnancy. It is as well a good idea for detecting pregnancy as you tend to observe Every symptom of pregnancy arrive gradually. In this regard, a pregnant woman should be aware of the fact that sequence of pregnancy symptoms extensively vary from one woman to another. So if you have not come across a particular symptom, do not start panicking as it may appear later. For example, many women experience swollen and tender breasts as the first sign of pregnancy whereas some feel nausea or dizziness throughout the day before as the primary sign of pregnancy. Hence, chart each sign sent by your body in detail and the symptoms with which it appears to consult your gynecologist and confirm pregnancy. Symptom of pregnancy that you are likely to expect if you are expecting pregnancy after conceiving can be the following –

1. Nausea Or Morning Sickness – Most of the expecting mothers undergo a feeling of sickness after leaving their beds in the morning as well as at the different hours of the day as well. Nausea may linger throughout the entire day. This symptom of pregnancy gives a clear indication of pregnancy. On the other hand, to reduce discomforts of nausea, physicians recommend to divide larger meals into smaller frequent meals and to curb consumption of spicy foods.

2. Increased Exhaustion– Are you are feeling like taking a nap at the afternoon or in the evening and feel tremendously tired to wake up and go to work? Should you let it pass without noting it, you might be skipping a significant symptom of pregnancy. Sudden arrival of tiredness and fatigue without any reason after conceiving is a way in which your body alerts you pregnancy. However, this symptom may disappear after the first trimester of pregnancy and may revive on the third trimester.

3. Fainting – Fainting or dizziness is caused by lowered blood pressure during pregnancy. If you feel your head is spinning as you try to rise after sitting a while or even fainting, contact your doctor or take a home pregnancy test. Expecting mothers should alleviate loads of works and be cautious while putting your feet up.

After conceiving, you may experience other changes like cramping, frequent urination, vaginal spotting etc. , which may have appeared before, but you should not ignore as each sign is considered significant symptom of pregnancy.

Pregnancy is a most unique period in a woman’s life. While bringing great joy, it can also be a very confusing time for most women as they try to figure out whether they are really pregnant. Of course, it is very much possible to confuse the early signs of pregnancy with symptoms of some other illness. At the same time, there are some symptoms of pregnancy that will confirm the onset of pregnancy.

Pregnancy Symptoms

One of the commonest early signs of pregnancy is a missed period. The confusion sets in because a missed period can also be due to stress, illness, and fluctuations in weight. Cessation of oral contraceptives, and a polycystic ovary syndrome also lead to a missed period.

Changes in the size and feel of the breast are an early sign of pregnancy. The breasts begin to enlarge and most women experience greater tenderness of the breast along with a tingling sensation. It may well be that this pregnancy symptom disappears after some time.

Nausea and vomiting is also an early sign of pregnancy and amongst the most unwelcome symptoms of pregnancy. It can occur as early as two weeks after conception and tends to taper off by the end of the third month of the pregnancy.

While many women experience tiredness, this can be due to other reasons as well and cannot by itself be considered a pregnancy symptom.

The darkening of the areola is also indicative of pregnancy. It remains for the entire tenure of the pregnancy and is one of the surest symptoms of pregnancy.

Frequent urination as early as two weeks after conception is also indicative of pregnancy. This occurs due to higher levels of progesterone and the uterus rising up to the abdomen, which in turn exerts pressure on the bladder. The bladder then feels full, even though there may not be a need to urinate. Some women are also affected by constipation, which can also be quite annoying.

Another symptom of pregnancy is women feeling queasy about certain foods while experiencing an almost uncontrollable craving for other foods.

Weekly Pregnancy Calendar

Pregnancy calendars are a handy way of keeping a record of the changes a woman’s body and the fetus undergo at specific intervals during the course of the pregnancy. A weekly pregnancy calendar does this on a weekly basis.

The calculation typically begins from the last date of last period and includes the due date of birth, which is generally forty weeks from the first day of the last period. It is a useful tool to monitor the health of the mother and the baby.

First-time mothers can easily confuse pregnancy symptoms with symptoms of other illness. However, awareness of early signs of pregnancy will help you in identifying these symptoms in the initial stages. A weekly pregnancy calendar is a useful aide to monitor the heath of the mother and the baby.

Most moms see the interactive pregnancy calendar as a multimedia guide to pregnancy from day one to nine months of an unborn child’s life. With the help of graphics, you could easily learn how your baby should look like inside the womb, and what the baby has recently developed and how it has grown in size. Community Imprints will be offering the Family Pregnancy Calendar on CD later on in the year to assist those with bandwidth difficulties.

A pregnancy calendar is like your mentor who makes you aware of the series of changes occurring within you. It is a convenient way to learn about pregnancy, including the growth of your baby and the symptom of pregnancy. You can use your pregnancy calendar to help you plan for the big day as well. For example, your baby may be significantly larger or smaller than the pregnancy calendar suggests. You may also experience symptoms that are different than those mentioned in the pregnancy calendar articles.

A Pregnancy Calendar can accompany you on your journey into motherhood. Find out how your baby is growing and changing, how to cope with common pregnancy complaints, and choice bits of information to keep you inspired. If you maintain a weekly calendar you are able to record the important dates – when the morning sickness will arrive, the changes in your body and breasts, when you start feeling weary, when the baby should start kicking, what is your tentative due date, etc. Most weekly pregnancy calendars are based upon a 40 week timetable. This is considered the average timetable for an average pregnancy.

Pregnancy calendars are usually based on a 40 week pregnancy, although in situations where you expect a longer or shorter gestation period you can have them customized. I really can’t tell you how important it is to have a pregnancy calendar on hand when you’re getting ready to have a baby. The subject of discussion now is, how to Estimate due date calculator symptoms pregnancy calendar. Every woman, child, and pregnancy is unique, and the Pregnancy Calendar contains only general information. The growth rate of your baby may be faster or slower than explained in this guide.

A pregnancy calendar is useful because it allows you to see what you’ve already been through and what’s up next. You can also make notes of changes to your body you may feel you want to discuss with your doctor when you next see him or her.
